We offer a variety of family recipes. We mix all of our own spices from scratch, ensuring that there is never any additives or preservatives. No artificial ingredients or fillers.
Our salsa is made from all raw ingredients that are sourced locally. We meticulously hand select our produce for freshness and cleanliness. NO added preservatives, only those that are naturally occurring - for your good health!
Emma’s Tamales is inspected by the state of California and by the county of Sacramento.
Our facility adheres to good manufacturing practices regulated by the US Food & Drug Administration.

Our tamales for fundraising are made with the same exceptional ingredients we use everyday, no skimping! We have a variety of flavor options including meat, poultry, vegetarian and vegan. For fundraisers we offer custom labels with cooking instructions, ingredients and a special "Thank You" with your organizations name.

America is on the move and eating well is an important component to sustain an active lifestyle. Our goal is to share with the marketplace what we share with our own families. We have created a quality product with fresh, environmentally-friendly ingredients.
Here at Emma’s Tamales we believe in Farm-to-Fork! We take pride in using non-GMO, organic and locally sourced ingredients - from our herbs and tofu to our oils and corn. Major fast food chains and many conventional food companies use GMO oils. These oils are extracted using a common chemical called Hexane, which is a known cancer causing chemical and is extremely harmful to the environment. We prioritize health by using non-GMO expeller pressed oils that are not extracted using Hexane. They add a great taste to our tamales with no trans fats! We also use a cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil in our seafood tamales and organic Spanish rice. In addition, our tamales are made with our special blend of organic non-GMO corn.
We vacuum seal our tamales so they are easy to transport and maintain a shelf life without the use of preservatives. They are convenient and delicious - take them to work, eat them at home or on the go! You will taste the clean difference of our food and we hope that it helps to keep your life active, healthy and fulfilled!
